Responsibilities Develops sponsorship proposals, evaluates criteria and solicits commercial business for sponsorship of MWR events. Coordinates closely with program managers to determine sponsorship needs and with the Staff Judge Advocate for legal counsel on agreements. Develops annual commercial sponsorship plan, identifying goals, priorities, strategies, resource requirements and measurable evaluation criteria. Maintains accountability for funds and services received. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications One (1) year of work experience related to the duties to be performed. Assist with development of sponsorship proposals, and further evaluate the criteria; ensure that contractual obligations are coordinated and implemented; maintain accountability for funds and services received; familiar with advertising theory; applied commercial sponsorship practices. OR Four (4) years of education above high school in a related field.* Contract Management, Marketing & Advertising, Communications or Business Management, etc. IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE: Knowledge of commercial sponsorship practices. Knowledge of advertising theory. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
