Position overview The Commercial Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of Permobil. The Commercial Strategy and Market Access team is at the forefront of these efforts, collaborating closely with senior management to identify opportunities, shaping business cases and financial modeling as well as supporting M&A and business development projects. In this role, you will report directly to the Director Commercial Strategy & Market Access EMEA and engage daily with various stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities:  + Support Director of Commercial Strategy & Market Access with: - maintaining an up-to-date EMEA M&A pipeline - Commercial due diligence in M&A process - the execution of Commercial Strategy + Assist with the preparation of top-class board level material for Region EMEA + Support EMEA business and financial modelling and preparation of business case presentations + Work directly with President of EMEA and Senior leadership in ad hoc presentations, market analysis, delivery of business and financial modelling presentations + Create recommendations to ensure fact-based decisions regarding strategic projects + Support and prepare periodic reports to EMEA and Group Management regarding EMEA commercial strategy, opportunity analysis and status + Support with analysis, insights, and strategy execution including business planning process and strategic portfolio review Qualifications and Skills:  + University Degree in Finance or Business + Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a global consulting firm, ideally in M&A + International stakeholder management experience at various levels + Proven experience in project support, data analysis, business case analysis and delivery of board level presentations + Strategic thinking, forward leaning, organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude + Excellence communication and interpersonal skills + Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset + Fluency in English (knowledge of French and / or German is meritorious) Why is Permobil the next step for you? + You’ll make a difference.
