Commercial Strategy & Pipeline Specialist

Job Summary
As the Commercial Strategy and Pipeline Specialist, you will drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, reinforcing commercial excellence best practices and crafting internal communications, supporting the Latin America South sub-region (Brazil + South Cone).

Job Responsibilities

• Strategy – Give support to the necessary activities for construction, review, and implementation of Food Ingredients strategy growth plans, including specific category plans and account plans.
• BUs collaboration – Support activities and processes to promote and follow-up the collaboration between BUs (Food Ingredients, Taste, H&B).
• Commercial Excellence – Educate/Promote Trainings on demand, Communicate and Reinforce best practices and ways of working.
• Pipeline Analysis – Generate reports, PowerBI maintenance & improvement, support project pipeline reviews meetings, producing and sharing material with updated KPIs and insights to Sub-regional Commercial Leadership Team.
• Wins & Losses analysis – Implement process and report for evaluation of main causes for opportunity wins & losses and insights for corrective actions (improvement of win rate).
• Communication – Support communication campaigns including -new launches, success stories, wins recognition & celebration and margin improvement initiatives.
• Master Data – Maintenance & cleaning of customers master data in all systems/tools used by commercial team (SFDC, SAP, PowerBI, customer segmentation, sales forecast, customer categories and account manager allocations, etc).

Job Requirements
 

Desirable bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.2+ years' experience in Food ingredients, Flavors or other adjacent industry with proven track record.Strong working knowledge of Salesforce/Excel (Complex Functions)/PowerBI/Power Point.Good level of EnglishDesirable good level of SpanishAble to learn/ understand IFF innovation/ technology and position them as competitive advantage.Able to work effectively under global matrix structure with various stakeholders.
