The Commercial Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and demand for CBI’s commercial/low-slope roofing systems in the Colorado region. Key duties include:
Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to meet sales and performance goals. Managing new market development and account activities. Selling across multiple channels and product streams. Increasing project closing rates and achieving specifications for Value-Added Products (VAP). Developing and executing a territory strategy aligned with business goals. Engaging with end-users, contractors, architects, and owners to generate demand and support sales. Targeting construction projects from planning to bidding phases to maximize success. Building and maintaining customer relationships across all audiences. Conducting sales promotions and educational sessions with industry stakeholders.This role emphasizes strategic planning, relationship-building, and targeted sales efforts to position CBI as a preferred choice in the market.
