Candidate Profile: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the title and/or real estate industry. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with in-person and virtual client interactions. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a competitive market. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions. Persistent and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of securing new business. Familiarity with sales database systems such as Salesforce. Ability to adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions. What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys to drive sales growth. Identify prospective clients using industry data and targeted outreach strategies. Execute a strategic sales plan, including in-person and virtual presentations to key stakeholders. Maintain a high level of market visibility by attending industry events and networking opportunities. Partner with internal marketing teams to enhance brand presence through digital and print campaigns. This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 annually, with additional monthly commission potential.
