**What You Will Do**
- JOB SUMMARY
The Contract to Cash process Lead is responsible for the local implementation of S/4HANA solution for Customer to Cash (CtC) processes and for supporting the business transition. The CtC Business Process Lead is responsible for the effective execution of the localization and design workshops and for ensuring that the process design is in line with the global design principles while meeting local requirements. The CtC BPL is responsible for sharing the business requirements with the SI and providing inputs into the to-be processes for their domain. CtC BPL will ensure business buy-in and stakeholder support for the target solution, in line with design principles; documenting all design decisions and functional specifications and support functional testing of solution to ensure it is fit for purpose.
UNIFY is a major 5-year global business transformation program which will deliver simplified and efficient operations across the globe (We are currently in year 2 of the Program). Unify Program is aiming to standardize and harmonize our ways of working, processes and data in Imperial targeting to deliver the business benefits – faster data, more actionable insights, better informed decisions and the opportunity to grow our business. Key commercial and manufacturing processes that are driven by the Unify Program are Customer to Cash, Source to Pay, Forecast to Plan, Make to Deliver and Record to Report. The CtC BPL is plays a key role in the successful implementation of the Americas Unify Transformational Program (AUTP) and for securing business continuity of the Americas business
- WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Ultimate responsibility of the end-to-end solution design for the CtC process of the AUTP for Americas aligned to the Global Template.
· Own the Americas CtC process design to align to the Global Template and build from a Commercial perspective related to Americas Finance, Regulatory and Legal requirements.
· Ensure alignment with ongoing program across functions e.g. B2B portal, TREx (CRM), Procurement and Supply Chain Planning.
· Coordinate across teams to manage issues and risk mitigation actions to closure in a timely manner, escalating where appropriate.
· Documenting, proposing and discussing solution options.
· Explain and align the CtC design with key stakeholders within ITGB commercial leadership, ensuring full understanding of the to-be processes, its impact and benefits.
· Facilitating the development of ‘to be’ business processes.
· Partner with the Global team to host the design workshops by ensuring the relevant team members are present to provide input.
· Communicating with the SI to share the business requirements including the as-is processes, pain points and challenges and the defining of the to-be processes.
· Collaborating with colleagues to develop tools, approaches and delivery plans.
· Ad hoc duties required in the Commercial Tower sphere.
**Qualifications**
- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience in business transformation projects, implementing ERP solutions and working with third party implementing partners
· Experience in gathering business requirements, identifying hotspots to business ways of working and in ensuring adequate understanding of change impact among stakeholders
· Ability to manage risks and issues.
· Experience of stakeholder management, with the ability to articulate key messages to all levels of the organization (both positive and difficult messages).
· Experience in documenting and communicating the solution overview and functional design.
· Strong understanding of relevant business processes (e.g. finance, sales, purchase to pay, warehouse management) and experience in defining ‘to be’ process structures.
· Experience in performing fit/gap analysis between business requirements and out-the-box functionality.
· Understanding of business transformation programs, not just technology or software implementations.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
CPG/ IMB business knowledge and understanding of Commercial / MtC processes.
