Commercial Truck Sales Representative

Position Overview International has a great opportunity for a Retail Sales Representative based at our Denver Used Truck Center. International’s Used Truck Organization (UTO) is a vital business unit which operates 13 Used Truck Centers (UTC's) throughout North America. The Used Truck Organization manages considerable assets gained primarily though new truck trade packages with major U.S. fleet companies. Our UTC’s engage in significant retail, wholesale and export transactions. The majority of inventory consists of our International brand class 8 trucks, with a wide assortment of competing brands. Responsibilities Sales of pre-owned trucks at the maximum gross margin possible (creation of retail economics) Identify sales opportunities Maintain customer relationships and conquest new customers Provide accurate and precise truck appraisals as required Develop sales quotes and sales invoices Provide required sales documentation on all completed transactions Maintain CRM system to track prospecting activity Achieve Sales and Gross Margin objectives set by Center/Region Manager Collect a premium for Certified Used Trucks and System1 warranties Assist Manager in maintaining online advertising Stay abreast of current inventory and participate in its management Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or the ability to qualify and obtain a CDL Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree OR At least 2 years outside or inside sales experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Ability to obtain and maintain CDL status (Commercial Driver’s License) Desired Skills Demonstrated sales ability Truck or automotive sales experience or experience in a commission environment is preferred Knowledge of truck specs of International brands and/or competitor brands is preferred Sales Aptitude – Prospecting, Consultant sales, Closing Computer Literate – CRM, Quotes, Sales docs, etc. Ability to handle multiple projects- Prospecting, Quotes, Sales in various stages of the process Participate in a collaborative environment to maximize sales opportunities Benefits and Compensation International provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices.
