Job Summary/Description:
As a Commercial Video Producer, your mission will be to secure new revenue by developing, pitching, and leading high-level creative campaigns. From concept to shoot, to final delivery, you’ll guide the entire process—collaborating with clients, station teams, and our top-tier production talent to deliver game-changing content. This position is fully remote and can be applied for from any state where Gray Media operates.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead and develop video campaigns from ideation to delivery
• Pitch original concepts to clients that drive revenue and results
• Develop all phases of production, including creative development, pre-production, storyboarding, shooting, post-production, finishing, and delivery
• Deliver video projects on schedule and within budget
• Effectively communicate ongoing project status with the client, production team, department director, and stations
• Generate on-brand ideas that are within the project scope, quickly and effectively conceptualize and create high-end video content for a variety of media and campaign platforms, including broadcast, digital, and social channels
• Direct shoots, manage production schedules, coordinate resources, and execute high-impact edits
• Source and manage vendors, contractors, and freelancers
• Manage budgets and aggressive timelines
• Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and independently
