We have an exciting contract opportunity within the central Business Development (BD) team and External Manufacturing team, working on Biscuits where y will be responsible for the maintenance of current and delivery of future products at the external manufacturer Kinrise and will be the point of contact for any escalations.
This includes internal and external relationship & stakeholder management, project management & governance, budget & costing management, & technical support for trials and commissioning.
How you will contribute
You will:
Own the relationship with Kinrise including quality assurance in all phases of project deliveryLead change agenda for growth & change projects executed at the siteProject management and execution of change projects to cost/time/scopeYou will ensure that the manufacturing implications of change projects are fully understood (cost, complexity, capacity and capability) and communicated to all stakeholders. Development of costings (COGS) for NPD’s to support decision making for commercial decisions.Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetingsSupport External Manufacturer Development to ensure compliance with MDLZ quality standardsWhat you will bring

5+ years of business experience preferredPreferably in food manufacturing or a fast paced working environmentTravel requirements:
