We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Commercials & Partner Manager to support the Global Finance Operations team. 

 

This role is based in Frankfurt.

 

What you will do

 

Governance & Steering: Organize governance meetings, define reporting frameworks, manage pricing integrity, conduct risk assessments, and oversee supplier obligations and due diligence Vendor & Relationship Management: Resolve escalated issues, maintain communication across levels, and support contractual issue resolution Contract Management & Sourcing: Lead contract negotiations, manage re-pricing, verify invoices, and handle contract amendments and terminations Supplier Performance Management: Track contractual obligations, ensure contract compliance, evaluate performance (SLAs, KPIs), and manage outsourcing risks IT Audit Support and Supplier Due Diligence: Ensure audit controls, participate in audits, and supervise AllianzGI teams Implementation of Audit/Regulatory Changes: Implement and follow up on audit and regulatory changes, such as KA-IT/MA Risk and DORA/ESMA

 

What you bring

 

4+ years of experience with Contract &Vendor Management Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Business, Finance or related subjects, affinity with numbers, financials & corporate governance Stakeholder Management (internal & external) Analytical & detail oriented, expertise in data analysis and problem solving. Fostering relationships, strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software (e.g., Power BI). Proficiency in English Additional German language skills are a plus
