A Florida statewide law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.

Essential Functions:

Managing the preparation and processing of commercial transactions from beginning to end, including, but not limited to:

Review contractsPerform detailed property researchPreparation of closing documents and due diligence checklistsPreparation and issuance of title policies and preparation of title objection lettersPreparation of loan packages and preparation of closing bindersTitle commitments and policies, settlement statements and closing disclosure formsOrder and review surveys and inspectionsReview title search reports and examine titleCalendar deadlinesCoordinate disbursementsQualifications:5+ years of working experience as a Commercial Real Estate ParalegalLarge firm experience preferredProficiency with using Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookUtilize closing software and other software applicationsStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of internal staff, attorneys and external clients of the FirmStrong attention to detailMust be able to prioritize, multi-task, and meet strict deadlinesMust have the ability to work independently and with a team
