PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES + Réceptionner, inspecter et trier les pièces et les commandes. + Collaborer et communiquer avec les techniciens de l'entrepôt, les représentants du service clientèle et les prestataires de services. + Décharger rapidement les camions et les livraisons + Tenir un registre précis des mouvements quotidiens, scanner l'inventaire et compter avec précision. + Scanner et trier les stocks entrants et sortants. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS + Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ; + 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en reception; + Volonté et capacité d'apprentissage démontrées ; + Forte éthique de travail, fiabilité et engagement pour le succès de l'équipe ; + Capacité à travailler avec précision et efficacité dans un environnement de production à rythme rapide ; + Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 50 livres, car de nombreux articles de l'entrepôt sont encombrants et lourds ; + Capacité à maintenir un niveau physique élevé pendant des périodes prolongées et à travailler principalement debout ; + Sensibilisation aux mesures de santé et de sécurité mises en place pour prévenir les blessures ; + Compréhension de la manière d'éliminer les déchets dangereux en toute sécurité; + Capacité à travailler en bonne intelligence avec les autres. *ENGLISH VERSION* ABOUT US At Echelon Supply & Service, our focus is hose! OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE We are hiring a talented Receiving Clerk to join our team in our Laval, QC location. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES + Receive, inspect and sort parts and orders. + Collaborates and communicates with warehouse technicians, customer service representatives, and service providers. + Promptly unload trucks and deliveries + Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately. + Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS + High school diploma or equivalent; + 1-3 years of experience in receiving; + Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn; + Strong work ethic, reliable and committed to the success of the team; + Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment; + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as many warehouse items are cumbersome and heavy; + Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing; + Awareness of Health & Safety and Security measures in place to prevent injuries; + Understanding of how to dispose of hazardous waste material in a safe manner.
