**Job Responsibilities** + Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, grating, and assembling ingredients. + Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes. + Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen station, including equipment, utensils, and work area. + Collaborate with senior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service. + Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness. + Learn and develop cooking techniques and skills under the guidance of experienced chefs. + Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service. + Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment within the kitchen. **Critical Skills & Experience Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent culinary training. + Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or similar role is preferred. + Basic understanding of culinary techniques and food preparation. + Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. + Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
