The Role
Operational role in the kitchenPreparation and cooking of menu items within a busy environmentWork across all culinary sections including Lennons, Hibiscus Bar Terrace, and In Room DiningMaintain a hygienic and clean work environmentWork with the rest of the culinary team to meet our guests expectations and make memorable experiencesHelp the culinary leadership team with executing menus, controlling food costs, and HACCP requirementsThe Person
