What will I be doing as a Commis Chef?
\n\nTeam of 33 chefs\nRegular training's\nEnsure consistent great food production, in line with the high-quality standards expected by Hilton\nPerform tasks within a timely manner\nProvide support to the Kitchen brigade\nPrepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines\nKeep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination\nPrepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\n\n\n
What are we looking for?
\n\nPrevious experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef\nPositive attitude and good communication skills\nAbility to work under pressure\nProven ability to work with a team and to follow instruction\nA passion to learn and a drive to succeed in a culinary/hospitality career\nA passion for food and the culinary arts\n\n\n
