Job Description
As a Commis Chef you will assist with the kitchen operations, servicing the Restaurant, Events. You will report to the Executive Chef who oversees kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Prepare and cook high quality foodHelping to create good communication between FOH and BOHKeep the kitchen organized and cleanQualificationsHold relevant Certificate cookery qualifications and previous experience in a similar roleHave knowledge about Thai CuisineHave knowledge and understanding of HACCP Be flexible to work a range of different shifts, including weekendsBe able to work under pressure within a dynamic team environmentBe self-motivated and able to work without supervisionHave excellent interpersonal and communication skills
