The Commis Chef -Bakery is responsible to prepare a consistent, high quality Bakeries and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards. Achieve the highest degree in applied hygiene and food safety as per the HACCP guidelines to ensure that the food served to the Guest is of highest quality and standard.
