The hotel features our Fitness Centre, 272 seat all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop bar with panoramic views of Darling Harbour and 3,700 square meters of new state-of-the-art meeting facilities.

It offers various kitchens that complement our multiple outlets including Banquets, In-Room Dining, Restaurant and Pastry. Our production team is capable of catering to over 3000 covers per day in a variety of events with a variety of cuisines

The Role:

As a Commis Chef in our Pastry kitchen, our team will provide you the ability to learn different service styles, from a la carte, to buffet and banquets accompanied with various menus. This will allow you to challenge yourself and try something newThis is a career role, not just a job

Other responsibilities include:

Preparation and production of dishes to the highest possible standardEnsure proper cleanliness and hygiene proceduresAssist in supportingother members of the kitchen team

To Be Successful:
