A Commis 1 \(Mezzerie – All Day Dining restaurant\) is responsible for leading food preparation and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, efficiency, and quality in a luxury all\-day dining restaurant\. A Commis 1 is expected to take full ownership of their assigned section, ensuring consistency in food production while assisting the Demi Chef De Partie in executing high\-quality dishes\. **What will I be doing** This position is essential in delivering a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests, contributing to the overall success of the All Day Dining Restaurant service\.
