As a Commis III, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience. A Commis III will also be required to prepare all mise-en-place and contribute to departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n\tEnsure consistent great food production, in line with the high quality standards expected by Hilton\n\tPerform tasks within a timely manner\n\tContribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control\n\tProvide support to the Kitchen brigade\n\tPrepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines\n\tKeep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination\n\tPrepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus\n\tAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\n\tReport maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues\n\tComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation\n\tAwareness departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team\n\tMeet all health and hygiene requirements\n\tBe environmentally aware\n
