Responsibilities The Commissioned Security Officer is an Armed Security Officer Provides security to Baptist St. Anthony’s by patrolling Baptist St. Anthony’s properties, monitoring video surveillance, inspecting buildings, checking floors for safety, controlling access points, testing alarm equipment, writing detailed and accurate reports, & answering calls for service Provides excellent customer service by ensuring security and safety to patients, visitors, and staff of Baptist St. Anthony’s properties. Assist in training new Security Officers. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School (or GED equivalent) diploma Must be able to obtain a Level III License with the Texas Department of Public Safety. IS 100, 200, 906, 907, 18, 20 and 240.B FEMA Certifications. Must obtain Advanced IAHSS Certification within 6 months of employment For insurance purposes, must have a clean driving record and be at least 21 years of age Preferred Job Requirements: Previous law enforcement, military and/or security experience Weapons training in an urban or tactical Pepper Spray Certification
