We are looking for a professional who excels in writing detailed sequence operation reports for large commercial buildings, conducting comprehensive testing and analysis, performing multidisciplinary calculations, and executing thorough site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and write detailed sequence operation reports for large commercial buildings.Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to ensure building systems operate efficiently and effectively.Perform precise calculations across various engineering disciplines to support project requirements.

Skills/Qualifications

Carry out site visits to assess and verify the performance of building systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications.2-5 years of experience in commissioning, with a strong focus on large commercial building systems.Proven experience in writing detailed sequence operation reports and managing building operations.Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform complex calculations across different engineering disciplines.

Work Site:

This is a hybrid position, requiring a combination of on-site presence in Fairfax, Virginia, and remote work. Flexibility is key, as some days will be spent on-site while others can be worked from home.
