Key Responsibilities:

 

Commissioning Leadership: Lead and manage the overall commissioning activities for the Waste-to-Energy Power Project. Commissioning Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth commissioning processes. System Testing and Validation: Conduct and oversee rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and validation of all systems and equipment. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and safety standards. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation for senior management and stakeholders. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning phase to maintain project timelines. Team Development: Train and mentor project staff on commissioning procedures and best practices. Project Delivery: Ensure that all commissioning activities are completed on time and within budget.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or a related field. Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager in the energy sector, preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience in coal-fired or biomass power plant commissioning. In-depth knowledge of commissioning processes, methodologies, and best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure. Proficiency in commissioning and project management software. Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Certified Commissioning Authority) are advantageous.
