Hitachi Digital Global Sales Commission Manager will be responsible for enabling timely and accurate administration of sales commission plans for Hitachi Digital and Hitachi Digital Services, ensuring payroll submission in accordance with the regional payroll calendar and performing sales commission analytics in the sales compensation tool Xactly. This position will involve developing close partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Support, Finance, HR, and IT.

What you’ll be doing
• Lead the global sales commission function for Hitachi Digital
• Design rules in the Xactly tool in order to automate sales commission calculations in accordance with the latest incentive plan documentation.
• Create DocuSign in Xactly tool to release and track acceptance of compensation target letters to sales employees.
• Look for opportunities to streamline sales commission calculations in Xactly.
• Collaborate cross functionally to improve quality of data sources used for sales commission calculations (data load from initial sources, data hygiene, data integration)
• Assist sale operations with annual planning and quota setting
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports that analyze sales performance and incentive plan effectiveness
• Build and maintain BCP plan
• Support SOX requirements
• Generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and procedures
• Maintain good working relationship with the Xactly team

• Ability and willingness to enhance technical skills for the Xactly tool in order to manage implementation of new incentive plans and troubleshooting internally

Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in sales compensation administration
• Proficiency using a sales compensation management system
• Experience in supporting a global sales team
• Prior technical experience with the Xactly tool is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required
