The Human Resources team is looking to hire a Manager, Sales Commissions to support the growing Sales function at Cvent. This person will design and oversee strategies, plans, and operating processes, and oversee that they are executed in a timely, scalable, efficient, high quality and repeatable manner across the team. We are looking for someone with strong sales compensation and process oversight experience with great attention to detail. In This Role, You Will: Manage the day-to-day operations and the monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions processes for the global Sales Commission team Ensure that the team resolves questions from the Sales team quickly and correctly Manage plan exception requests and escalate as required Conduct regular reviews of commission data to ensure accuracy and work to improve quality control measures across the team Coordinate closely with sales leaders and other stakeholders to establish and maintain proper quality controls Guide the creation of dashboards to highlight operational analysis, reporting and trends related to commissions, compensation plans, and the sales force Drive automation of the commission and incentive calculation process Partner with leaders within Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR to help us work toward implementing commission software Here's What You Need: 6+ years of experience in sales compensation, with some leadership experience preferred Exceptional time management skills and an ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines Excellent organization, multitasking, prioritization, and delegation skills, with a focus on attention to detail and delivering of high quality results Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills required, including experience with VBA Salesforce.com experience desired Experience with Incentive Compensation Management software desired, especially with system implementation Superior interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present information in a concise and meaningful manner to senior leaders Must be a proactive, possess a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a self-driven learner Ability to work independently, work with a team, and lead a team Graduated with exceptional performance in undergraduate academics Physical Demands We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position
