Job Description
As a Specialist Shared Services Incentive Processing you would be responsible for the accurate and timely calculation, research, and submission of incentive pay for team members of assigned locations/departments. You will align with our service culture and drive company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
ResponsibilitiesUse various information systems to calculate accurate bi-weekly pay, monthly, and annual bonuses for sales team.Set up tables and adjust formulas.Ensure SOX compliance throughout the process.Accurately calculate monthly and quarterly accruals and submit to accounting in a timely manner.Run and maintain corresponding compensation reports out of various processing systems.Maintain accurate and updated compensation records for assigned sites.Communicate effectively with all clients and respond to internal inquiries regarding compensation-related issues.Work well with and adhere to various deadlines.Take appropriate action to enforce payroll policies and guidelines.Stay current and up-to-date on all system processes and components of payroll systems as needed.Communicate timely and effectively with all clients within the organization to ensure understanding of any changes and levels of expectation.Read and interpret compensation plans and policies to process pay accordingly.Essential SkillsIncentive pay and compensation analysisProficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)Experience with OracleAnalytical skillsFamiliarity with payroll and compensationAbility to work independently with little supervisionAttention to detailTeam playerSelf-motivatedAdditional Skills & QualificationsProficient with Microsoft WordIntermediate Excel skills (lookups, pivots, create workbooks with tabs for data dumps)Experience with SAP/Oracle preferredHigh school diploma or GED required1-2 years of related experience preferredFlexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAssociate's Degree or College Diploma (preferred)Advanced Excel skills, Outlook, Callidus experienceKnowledge of sales and marketing environmentStrong deadline skillsTimeshare market knowledgeWork Environment
The work environment is very busy and fast-paced within a shared services department. The team is laidback and 'drama free'. The position follows a hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office, with more in-office days required for training (2-4 weeks). Working hours are flexible, starting as early as 7:30 AM and as late as 9 AM. Bi-weekly processing occurs every other Friday, and the 1st of the month requires logging in for a few hours to process tasks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
