As a Commodities Trade Support Analyst in the Commodities Trade Support Team you will work in the London office as part of the EMEA Operations group. Working closely with the Commodities trading and sales desks, you will provide end-to-end trade support, being a key point of contact between JPMorgan, our vendors and clients, helping to minimize risk for the business whilst ensuring a good experience for our clients.

 Job responsibilities

Acts as key point of contact for clients, trading, sales and other functional areas within JPMProcesses important post-trade functions on behalf of clients and the front officeInvestigates, escalates and solves trade capture issues in a timely mannerOperates effective controls and reconciliationsInteracts with partners across the business including technology, front office, back office, credit, legal and business managementIs involved in project work and supports the on-going change agenda
