Your role:

Take ownership of spend and suppliers locally managed, identify cost reduction opportunities, including RFQ, negotiations, contracting, evaluation, and risk management.Drive the local implementation of procurement programs. Leading defined local and cross-site improvement projects.Support strategic projects from a procurement perspective, ensuring early involvement and effective communication with stakeholders.Represent Strategic Procurement in site-specific meetings such as management meetings, site productivity meetings, and SCM planning meetings.Act as an interface to the reginal and global Strategic Procurement organization, support global commodity manager in site implementation activities.Execute local supplier risk reviews according to the DX P Risk Management process.

Your expertise:

Strong supplier negotiation, management, and relationship skills.Excellent project management and analytical skills.Ability to work in cross-functional teams, with cultural awareness, strong listening skills and possess good convincing skills.Self-motivation and drive, with an openness to explore new approaches.Market analysis and supplier relationship managementCost analysis and strategic sourcing.Risk management and understanding of global supply chainsHigh expectations for self-learning and continuous improvement.Excellent communication skills.MS Office, MS 365-Copilot and SAP skills, experiences with AI tools in Strategic Procurement

The Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Economics or Finance, or other related field of study8-10 years of experience within a relevant manufacturing industry (IVD, Pharma, Medical, or similar preferred) and procurement expertise.Minimum of 8 years professional experience in related field, preferably in FDA controlled environmentExpertise in commodities sourced for in-vitro diagnosticsWilling to travel up to 10%
