Role Description
An exciting opportunity to join the vibrant UK planning team and play a leading role across one of the agency’s key client, Kenvue. As the Comms Director, you will play a significant role in the team, driving forward media planning excellence and innovative thinking, as well as upholding excellent client. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the UK media landscape, who will embody our BETTER philosophy to deliver ground-breaking, commercially successful work that delights and inspires clients.
You will be working closely with Kenvue, a global leader in the consumer health industry. Kenvue’s portfolio includes some of the world’s most trusted brands in self-care, skin health, and essential health products, offering solutions that improve the health and well-being of consumers worldwide. With a significant presence in the UK, Kenvue continues to innovate and provide products that millions of people trust daily. Key Responsibilities
The Comms Director is tasked with working closely with the Client Partner & Planning Partner to deliver critical business outcomes while having the autonomy to manage day-to-day operations across all the brands you work on.
Identify opportunities and build strategic end-to-end recommendations alongside specialist business units to ensure brilliant thinking is turned into brilliant implementation. Build strong, meaningful relationships with client peers and colleagues. Support senior leaders in building the right processes and procedures for effective day-to-day management. Contribute significantly to the development and delivery of annual and ongoing client action plans. Be accountable for the accurate upkeep and delivery of financial processes. Collaborate and build close working relationships with third parties and Media Owners to bring innovation and new solutions into the agency, delivering a better UM product. Inspire, coach, and guide teams in delivering fantastic work and transforming the business.Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in managing a team and enabling the development of those around you. Expertise in ATL and digital media, with the ability to clearly articulate how communications can positively impact our client’s business. Comfort in leading meetings and presenting to clients. Strong communication skills, with experience in developing solid client and industry connections. Ambition and a thirst for continual learning and delivering an improved UM product.This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about driving excellence in media planning and eager to make a significant impact on a leading client like Kenvue.
