Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Provide writing, editorial and communications support to various departments (internal customers) for operational projects (customer communications: documents, customer notices, capsules, presentations, etc.);
-Coordinate the various stages of communications projects (design, writing, approval, translation, production (layout), delivery, etc.) Turnkey projects;
-Write and revise administrative, operational and advertising content in French and English, and support the implementation of communications material;
-Participate in the development and implementation of the communications plan and collaborate in the development of communications strategies based on best practices;
-Participate in various communications committees.
-Coordinate the revision and translation of communications and documents produced by other departments and intended for external clients (training manuals, online help, version bulletins, forms, telephone messages, etc.);
-Ensure the layout and formatting of certain documents (PowerPoint presentations, training manuals (Word), etc.) and ensure compliance with established standards (templates), under the coordination of the manager.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-College studies in communications or related field;
-Three (3) years' experience in a similar position;
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
-Excellent writing and translation skills;
-Demonstrates creativity and rigor;
-Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
-Excellent time management and organizational skills;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English.
-General knowledge of page layout and drawing software (an asset);
-Knowledge of agile development methodology (an asset).

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
