Job Description

The Communication and Change Management (OCM) Lead demonstrates best-in-class behavioral change management skills to ensure a smooth implementation from the people side of change/adoption. The OCM Lead is a Change Management professional, who is an expert in the people side of change within business transformations and large-scale global programs.

The OCM Lead guides, coaches and facilitates the target audiences, the stakeholders, the program teams and leadership through the implementation and embedding of new ways of working. By ensuring clear and effective communication, this role supports Takeda's mission to bring better health to people and a brighter future to the world.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Develop and produce written and visual communications for varied audiencesManage workload with limited oversight from the People LeaderHandle complex internal and external interactions and lead relations initiativesAble to design visually appealing materials, advise and guide others in the field, and contributes to process improvementsExcellently manage tasks requiring high attention to detail, independently addresses complex scenarios, and advises others on maintaining precisionSkilled in creating and delivering persuasive and impactful presentations in a variety of complex situations, able to mentor others in developing their presentation skillsExpertly navigate complex storytelling, enhancing narratives with advanced techniques, and provides mentorship to others on their storytelling journey.Lead relations initiatives, advising others and handling complex interactions with full autonomy

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: 

Proven ability to influence and collaborate at the highest levels of corporate management10 years of experience in transforming and operating global ( multi regional) operations Unwavering integrity with confidence and self-awarenessClear thinker with ability to develop, communicate and deliver clear strategy and action plansKnowledge of change management frameworks (e.g Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8- Step Process)Certifications: Prosci Change Management or similar are a plusExperience in conducting complex analysis and presenting outcomesExperience in process design and improvement
