Hiring Unit: Department of Psychology
Position Summary:
Gather data from the various projects in the Attention and Social Cognition Laboratory and prepare it for use in various platforms accessible by the lay audience
Perform website design, traffic analysis and updates.
Create and update posts on social media.
Collaborate with supervisor and other team members to develop website content that is current, engaging and accessible
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative research environment.
Well versed in science communication.
Good listening, interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrates high level of organizational and time management skills.
Excellent visual presentation skills
Have an excellent knowledge of world wide web and social media platforms
Familiar with WMS platform.
Trained in effective web communications.
Experience and Education needed:
Graduate student (current) with relevant background in neuroscience and experimental psychology.
Experienced with data visualization, public dissemination.
