As a Communication Awareness & Events Manager within the Culture & Transformation domain at the Risk Business Assurance & Security (RBA&S) department of ASML, you lead a team of Communication & Awareness experts and Community & Events experts.
Roles and responsibilitiesYou will be responsible to develop, manage and deliver effective and long-term overarching communication strategies for RBA&S and advise RBA&S LT on all aspects of communication. In your role you manage budgets and resources for the communication projects. You provide guidance and mentorship to subordinates and build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
As a Communication Awareness & Events Manager you formulate, lead and implement communications strategies around RBA&S's internal communications and behavioral awareness objectives. You will provide direction and drive strategy integration for the community management & event roadmap.
Lead & provide strategy towards the team's deliverables, ensure an overall high level of talent and engagement levels.
Main contact for LT communications advice and for most senior stakeholders.
Responsible for leading the overarching 'one voice' for RBA&S communications strategy.
Main advisory partner for highest impact change communications projects.
Lead the alignment of behavioral awareness strategies to the overall goals of risk culture to ensure that any spend is focused and provides best value to the business.
Provide direction and drives strategy integration for event roadmap.
Provide direction and drives strategy integration for community management.
Weigh campaign proposals and chooses best value for ASML in behavioral awareness interventions plans.
You will report into the Head of Culture & Transformation.
Education and experienceBachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. communications, strategy or change).
Deep understanding of the theoretical concepts & frameworks and knows how to apply this knowledge based on experience in more than one area (int. comms, change comms, behavioral awareness).
In depth knowledge and thought leadership on best practices, emerging trends and adoption of new technologies on risk culture and behavior.
SkillsDemonstrated ability to influence and advise (senior) stakeholders.
Able to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Track record in establishing open communication and psychologically safe workplace culture, demonstrating self-awareness.
Able to build partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
