The Comms Designer is a highly experienced, fresh and innovate creative thinker who can translate ideas into vibrant collateral and is responsible for developing compelling multi-media, multi-channel campaigns and bid proposals, whilst creating materials which leverage our brand story and reflect our clients’ journey.

About the Role:  The SDE assembles images, typography, or motion graphics to create a piece of design in C&W promoted template or 'campaign' guidelines using C&W authorized software & hardware under the direction of the Team Leader or an authorized colleague. He/she creates graphics primarily for printed or electronic media.All pieces created by the SDE must follow brand guidelines to convey the C&W brand message to people within and outside of the company. He/she may also create an interpretation of the brand using unusual elements for appropriate project/campaign requirements with the guidance of Team Leader or an authorized colleague.The SDE will be assigned to manage an appropriate project/campaign by collaborating with an authorized colleague, Service Line representative and/or Creative Design Executives (CDEs) and will act as the brand arbiter in that exercise. He will lead the project/campaign in terms production, design, and delivery.Must be able to take-up, execute or assign new and/or oversee current projects as well as lead a team of CDEs and ensure fulfilment of current projects under the direction of the Team Leader in the absence of the Creative Manager.He/she must make himself/herself available during, but not limited to, the agreed regular working days.

About You:

Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask.Team player with ability to work independently.The ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects with often tight deadlines and many stakeholders.Strong interpersonal communications skills, ideally with experience working across multiple countries, nationalities, cultural background, multicultural work setting.Exceptional work and professional ethics.
