The Position

 Communication Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.

Analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal impact.

Communication Channel Development:

Manage and optimize communication channels to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information delivery. 

Evaluate the effectiveness of existing communication tools, propose improvements, and introduce new communication technologies and tools.

Content Creation and Management:

Oversee the creation, editing, and distribution of high-quality content across various communication channels, including the company's website, social media platforms, newsletters, and internal/ global network communications.

Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for senior executives.

Ensure all content is consistent with the organization‘s voice and messaging.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Identify and engage with key stakeholders, both internal and global networks, to build strong relationships and trust.

Ensure that stakeholder communications are clear, concise, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.

Global Network Relations:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key network contacts and influencers.

Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Initiatives:

Develop and execute internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.

Create and distribute internal newsletters, memos, and other communication materials.

Facilitate effective two-way communication within the organization to promote a transparent, diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment.

Develop and execute programs and events designed to boost employee morale, recognition, and engagement.

Work with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Learning & Development: 

Identifying training needs, designing and delivering educational programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives to ensure continuous employee development and alignment with organizational objectives.

Measurement and Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of communication and Learning & Development initiatives using key metrics and analytics.

Prepare regular reports on communication activities and their impact on business objectives.
