Description Our team is looking to hire a Contract Communications Specialist to write engaging content, manage social content and potentially dabble in internal communications on behalf of our clients! The successful candidate will take a white-gloved approach to engagement, presenting a professional and inviting image. The position requires at least two years of experience in communications, primarily external, with a media and journalism mentality. PR and thought leadership experience are also skills we value highly! This is a remote, full-time contract opportunity, expected to last 6-8 months. Responsibilities: + Writing content for various platforms including, blog articles, short form, press, and thought leadership articles. + Monitoring LinkedIn and Glassdoor for employee chatter. + Understanding of employer brand and career blogs. + Handling Award submissions. + Generating content aligned with a global leader's perspective. + Utilizing LinkedIn and Hootsuite alongside PR Newswire, Agility media database, Microsoft SharePoint, and LinkedIn analytics. + Video content creation is a plus, including script writing experience. Requirements + 2+ years of experience in a similar role within Communications. + Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS). + Excellent blogging skills with a strong portfolio. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. + Demonstrated ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. + Background in Media, Journalism, PR, or external communications. + Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
