How you will make contributions that matter:
Are you a detail-oriented storyteller with a knack for connecting businesses and stakeholders? We're looking for a Communications Advisor to join our dynamic team and help drive our strategic outcomes through compelling content and effective communication. This role will show case your story telling abilities as you focus on weaving and creating stories that connect our vision and celebrate our successes to share with the wider business.
This is a permanent part-time 0.6 role– 3 days per week. This can be done as 3 full days or across school hours -we are flexible. 2 day per week you will be required to attend our South Bank office with 1 day working from home. You will want to come into the office to mix and mingle with the team and attend our onsite events such as our cheese tasting and toasty days.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and maintain high-quality content for internal and external channels, ensuring consistent representation of our corporate identity, values, and culture.Editorial Calendar: Coordinate an integrated editorial calendar, identifying story opportunities to drive audience reach and impact.Internal Communications: Write and publish intranet articles, employee newsletters, and digital screen content. Coordinate employee announcements and maintain internal communication tools.Collaboration: Work with global and local teams to publish and update intranet content. Support business projects with internal stakeholders and external agencies.Metrics and Reporting: Monitor, compile, analyze, and report on communication channel metrics to enhance audience engagement.Skills and Experience:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.Skills: Excellent writing skills, strong time management, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Experience with digital platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, SharePoint, and email content management systems is a plus.Behavioural Competencies:
