About this role
Our client is a leading retail and hospitality design studio who specialise in the luxury sector. They are looking for a Communications Specialist to work on the creation of content and help build the visibility of the studio.
You will work directly with the Communications Director and liaise with the Marketing Manager and Head of Brand Image to realise the deliverables for this role.
Key Responsibilities Writing, scheduling, and posting content across social channels in line with social media campaigns Identify and create interesting and relevant content Assist in the production of reports Work with the Communications Director and internal stakeholders on content, from conception to implementation. Develop content ideas and contribute ideas Support the Communications Director in producing creative briefs for internal and external creative teams and agencies. Assist with brand asset management and copywriting for portfolios, NBD pitches, Case Studies, Staff Biographies as and when required. Research for internal communications. Assisting the Marketing Manager in awards applications. Working with Head of Brand image in writing SEO copy for the website. Researching and assisting with keynotes/ presentations for the founders.Skills and Experience Prior experience in a communications role either in-house or for an agency Knowledge of and experience within the architecture, design and/or property sector Intermediate knowledge Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD), Preview (for social media planning) Experience dealing with the media and press Graphics capabilities Demonstrable experience in maintenance of CRM databases Strong copy-writing and storytelling skills Accuracy and attention to detail A passion for social media, communications, and design Confident and clear communication skills: both written and verbal. An excellent team player who can communicate studio-wide
