In this role, you will provide daily administrative support, manage key financial and operational tasks, and contribute to the creation of compelling written, visual, and multimedia content. You’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative, and dedicated small-but-mighty team, making a meaningful impact in our community. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office. + Oversee essential financial and operational duties for McAuley Ministries, including issuing payments, accounting, and reporting. + Assist in generating press releases, earned media placements, and organizational stories. + Create original content for various platforms, including newsletters (internal and external), social media, websites, and flyers. + Collaborate on writing, graphic design, photography, and video production projects to support communication initiatives. + Adapt to changing internal and external needs with a flexible and proactive mindset. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:** + A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. + A detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments. + Someone who enjoys streamlining processes to improve efficiency. + A creative thinker with experience in content creation and graphic design. + An independent, adaptable professional with a sense of humor and a team-oriented approach.
