This role will play a key part in developing and executing social media strategies, while also assisting with content creation, to promote HSBC’s brand, and coordinating essential team and media relations activities. The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Approximately 5 years of experience in communications, with a focus on social media management, content creation, team coordinationDemonstrated ability to develop, manage and analyze social media campaign across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram, as well as for senior executivesSolid understanding of media relations, including drafting press releases, preparing media kits, managing media lists, and distributing press materialsStrong organizational and project management skills, with experience coordinating team activitiesExcellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to adapt for various audiences and formatsAbility to develop innovative and engaging contentStrong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholdersEager to learnFamiliar with social media management toolsIn compliance with applicable laws, HSBC is committed to employing only those who are authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. as HSBC will not engage in immigration sponsorship for this position.
