Overview & Responsibilities Manage Paramount Global press releases and press lists, and update the Paramount Press Express site with assets and priority titles during major events. Press Calendar Management: develop and maintain the master press release calendar, coordinating closely with senior leaders and studio partners to align announcements. Monitor media outlets, local newspapers, and social media for Paramount Global references. Contribute to weekly press coverage reports and track competitive initiatives, compiling relevant reports. Press Materials Management/Tracking: build and update press materials, such as bios, talking points, and project synopses; assist with newsletters and other internal messaging needs. Budget Needs: track communications budget, process invoices, and support finance reporting. Cross Company (XCo) | Internal Communications Team Support: assist with writing, reports, employee communications, and event support as needed. Editorial Calendar Oversight: research and track editorial calendars for press, executive speaking opportunities, and awards. External Communications: handle press and vendor inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties; raise concerns when necessary. General Event Assistance: provide support at screenings, conventions, and special events as directed.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, ideally in communications, media, or a related field. One to two years of experience in publicity at a streaming platform, network, studio, or agency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, PowerPoint, Slack, and basic database skills. Skill in excelling in a dynamic and fast-paced work atmosphere. Strong prioritization, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
Additional Qualifications A self-starter with exceptional troubleshooting abilities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent judgment and resourcefulness. Superb verbal and written communication skills. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in digital, social media, and new technologies.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $42,400.00 - 60,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
