Job Summary Hours are 7pm-7am The Communication Coordinator assists the Transfer Center nurse in the management and through put of patients into, out of, and within the Tower Heath, Health System. This includes but is not limited to assistance with patient placement, direct admissions, transfers, and referrals. The Transfer Center Communication Coordinator also performs EMS call intake, performs emergency medical dispatch triage, dispatches TowerDIRECT EMS and wheelchair units and outsources transport requests that are not being handled by TowerDIRECT units.
