Our Communications Coordinator will support the Internal Communications team in representing 20,000 Rollins teammates globally in corporate communication initiatives. This person will help manage Rollins’ internal communication infrastructure including our companywide magazine, weekly newsletter, related editorial calendars, and communication channels. They will contribute to the collection and assessment of analytics to help increase teammate engagement and knowledge/awareness of the company strategy and key initiatives. This role may support other aspects of the business, including various leaders and departments. This individual will ensure brand and messaging consistency across all internal communication. Apply in minutes with a resume, even from your mobile! Responsibilities You Will... Maintain internal communication editorial calendars, ensuring consistency across communications. Provide editing and proofreading support for internal communications, image/graphic support, and other needs. Manage weekly communication newsletters, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery; manage the content submittal process; manage testing and reporting to identify successes and recommend further improvements. Help manage companywide newsletter including production timelines, content submissions, design, and editing. Develop and launch periodic pulse and company surveys to assess efficacy of internal communications on targeted audiences, report results, and make recommendations for improvement. Manage LinkedIn posting, monitoring, and analytics. Support Rollins company initiatives by providing support for internal communication strategy, as needed. Write/edit articles and other content for internal departments as required. The Benefits. . . Learn more about Rollins careers as well as our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts on our careers page: www.careers.rollins.com Qualifications The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements): Bachelor’s degree or better in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field Minimum 3 years communications experience, which may include structured/professional internship Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, including strong written (AP style and web content style) and verbal skills, and experience in traditional, online, and digital capabilities Must be an analytical thinker and problem solver with persuasive communication skills Self-starter with a client service attitude who can work well independently or as a strong team player Strong project management skills and ability to meet set deadlines Content marketing background is a plus Demonstrated good judgment and ability to balance multiple priorities at once Attention to detail Skills and Competencies: A mastery of common digital tools (e.g., MS Office) is a must, as is excellent editorial and creative writing (short- and long-form). Knowledge of social media best practices for B2C is preferred, including emerging platforms. A desire to learn various analytics models and systems is needed.
