Job Description We are looking for a Communications Designer who can craft compelling visua and written content that drives user engagement, brand awareness, and customer activation. This role blends graphic design, copywriting, and growth marketing, ensuring that all communication materials—from ads to in-app messaging—are not only visually striking but also strategically persuasive. As a key player in the growth team, you will create high-impact assets that support digital campaigns, user engagement initiatives, and data-driven experiments.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-impact visual and written content for digital campaigns, including ads, social media, email, landing pages, in-app messages, and product marketing materials.Craft persuasive and engaging copy for performance-driven marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, CRM emails, push notifications, landing pages, and app stores).Write concise, clear, and conversion-optimized messaging for in-app engagement, onboarding, and lifecycle marketing.Develop engaging brand narratives, slogans, and campaign taglines that enhance user experience and drive organic and paid growth.A/B test different versions of copy and messaging to optimize performance.Ensure copy and visuals work seamlessly together, delivering cohesive, impactful content.Ensure all communication materials align with the brand voice, messaging, and UX guidelines while driving engagement and conversion.Work closely with growth managers, product teams to develop conversion-driven creatives that enhance user acquisition and retention.Create compelling storytelling through design and copywriting that effectively communicates product benefits and brand value.Partner with the growth team to test and iterate on both copy and design, optimizing for engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.Use analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to refine design and messaging strategies.Stay updated with growth trends, behavioral psychology, and consumer insights to continuously improve communication strategies.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in marketing copywriting, UX writing, or performance copywriting.Ability to craft conversion-optimized, concise, and persuasive copy.Strong understanding of growth marketing principles, A/B testing, and user psychology.Experience writing for ads, social media, CRM campaigns, and in-app messaging.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, Sketch, or similar tools.Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and layout design for digital campaigns.Experience with motion design, video editing, and interactive design is a plus.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage but not required.
