Communications Digital Product Owner
Description We are seeking a Communications Digital Product Owner to assist with our client's upcoming projects. Lead and manage the employee communications function effectively. Function as the bridge between the audience (employees) and the executive team. Maintain and manage the company’s digital channel. Focus and coordinate on professional writing and communication within the organization. Build and enhance the company’s employee intranet system (SharePoint). Ensure visibility on various sections of the site and work on a strategic redesign for better user experience. Use SharePoint effectively for internal communications, publishing, and long-term planning. Generate and deliver comprehensive reports to the respective subject owners. Provide backend technology support in case of any issues. Provide training and support to publishers as per requirement. Requirements Proficient knowledge of SharePoint Microsoft 365 is necessary. Extensive understanding and knowledge in User Experience Design. Ability to act independently and decision-making ability without any requirement for supervision. Strong business acumen, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach. Proven experience in managing digital channels. Capability to manage and resolve issues related to reporting. Skillful in providing publisher help and assistance. Strong communication skills are necessary. Proven experience in managing employees' internal communication functions and ability to manage and cross-functional projects. This role is composed of 75% training and working with publishers and performing routine tasks, while 25% will be dedicated to enhancing the performance and functionality of our digital channels.
