THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Internal Communications team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering dynamic internal communications and engagement strategies to drive the enrollment of our internal initiatives and programs with our people. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our internal communications strategy to ensure effective and engaging communications across all internal touchpoints. THE ROLE
As the Director/Senior Director, Internal Communications, you will lead the team to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.Establish an integrated internal communications strategy that engages, informs, educates, and inspires our people across all internal audiences.Connect our people to our leadership’s vision, business objectives, and results.Effectively inform on and encourage participation with regular programs.Promote engagement by recognizing wins and uniting our team around company perks.Clearly and empathetically communicate change to foster resilience and flexibility.Ensure the delivery of People Communications reflects and supports the business objectives while embodying Everyday Luxury to our internal audiences.Support the function of world-class people communications to ensure organizational efficiency and consistency.Evaluate, manage, and mitigate internal communications risks through the development of communications and response plan addressing potential sensitive topicsPartner with executive leadership on internal communications strategiesTHE QUALIFICATIONS
The Director/Senior Director, Internal Communications, has:
Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in internal, corporate and strategic communicationsA commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomesThe ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the teamA dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add valueA deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operateTHE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000–$250,000 per year.
The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
