We are looking for an Engagement Lead to enhance our organization’s communication flow, engagement, and culture in a way that fits for purpose and different internal stakeholders. What you will do:
Create impactful content in various formats including text, graphics, and video, for different target groups across our channelsCollaborate in organizing internal events and engagement campaignsWork with employer branding to ensure talent pipeline and employer attractivenessContinuously update official internal communications channels (EE SharePoint, tv-screens, information boards) and help to organize events
The skills you bring:
Passion for communications and employee engagementStrong skills in creating visual content and copy and the ability to design communication solutions supporting business needs and strategyCollaboration mindset and readiness to work in a matrix organization with different stakeholders and a broad variety of responsibilities.Demonstrated ability to think independently, strategically and with the solution-orientated approach3+ years of relevant experience in communicationsDegree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalentFluency in English and Estonian both written and spoken. Russian is highly beneficialExcellent skills in Microsoft365, especially SharePoint, Teams, PowerPointLocal candidates will be preferredWhy join Ericsson?
