SUMMARY 

As an Internal Communications Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of content for a variety of communications channels, as well as assisting in project management for internal communications campaigns supporting employee engagement and company culture.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Collaborate with internal customers on projects and presentations  Support the company intranet by creating new team pages and supporting a pipeline of content  Create short-form video content to support key company narratives  Create visual designs for communications collateral, including posters, PowerPoint presentations, emails, etc.  Support the ongoing development of our editorial calendar and look for opportunities to streamline processes  Act as an evangelist for our intranet and ensure that content is easy to find and understand  Support design and content ownership for the intranet 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to quick changes  Ability to work in a team environment, with strong people skills  Experience with video creation and graphic design, with a strong interest in social media and pop culture  Strong problem-solving and attention to detail 

WORKING ENVIRONMENT 

Strong team environment, primarily in-office with hybrid availability   25-30 hours per week, varying on project demand, with opportunities for additional hours
