JOB PURPOSE:

Support corporate communications related projects (including project coordination, communication, logistics, paperwork and other relevant activities)Support Communications other relevant projects and daily tasks as required.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support relevant communication tasks, including contents creation, translation and daily monitoring, etc.Support project daily coordination and documentation.Support onsite event execution and corporate initiatives when needed.Willing to work 3 months or longer for at least 3 days per week.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Junior (Grade 3) undergraduate students and above in Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, Business Management relevant major, or Language related fields

Experience & knowledge:

Highly proficient in spoken and written EnglishNative proficiency in Mandarin ChineseSolid graphic/visual design skills: Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop and other photo/video editing softwareHigh interest in the field of healthcareExperience in corporate communications or event planning preferred
