Communications internship: communication optimization
Introduction

First Line Support (the FLS EXE group) of ASML supports the factory and installs worldwide. The group needs to operate smoothly across all different teams, shifts, and competences. For this purpose, communication within the group has to be optimized.

Your Assignment

In this internship assignment, you will optimize communication for the department. You will create a new way of working that could be taken up by the operational coordinator afterwards. You will ensure that the right inputs are being used and communicated in the right way. Therefore, your main tasks may include:

Investigate how current communication within the group is structured;

Find the needs of the groups in terms of communication;

Create a structural communication flow and implement it;

Finalize and present your findings/results;

This is a Bachelor apprentice internship for 3 to 6 months, minimum 4 days per week. The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.

Your profile

To be a fit for this assignment, you:

Are busy with your bachelor's in Communications, People Management, International Business, Information Sciences, or related;

Are enthusiastic about improving communication processes and linking people together in a technical environment;

Have strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and good stakeholder management;

Are proactive and able to deal with changes;

Have good English language skills (verbal and written).

 

Other requirements you need to meet:

You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

You are located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate;

If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
